Who we are
This website is operated by Sieko Skrzypczak, a professional corporate magician and mentalist trading as SiekoMagic, based in Barcelona, Spain. By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions.
Use of this website
This website is provided for information purposes and to facilitate enquiries about professional entertainment services. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, impair or overburden its operation.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to the terms of the engagement and a deposit payment has been received as set out below.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance is due in full prior to or on the day of the event. No date is held or considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All quoted fees are inclusive of all expenses including travel, accommodation and materials unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a specific engagement.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the client
The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances where the client cancels the booking.
Where a cancellation is made by the client within 30 days of the confirmed event date, the full agreed fee becomes due and payable in its entirety.
Cancellation by Sieko Skrzypczak
In the event that Sieko Skrzypczak is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. Sieko Skrzypczak will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable alternative performer where possible and with the client’s agreement.
Rider and technical requirements
Any specific rider requirements, technical specifications or venue requirements will be confirmed in writing as part of the individual engagement agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that agreed requirements are met on the day of the event.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, video and graphic elements, is the property of Sieko Skrzypczak unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Sieko Skrzypczak makes every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or for the results of any actions taken based on information provided on this website.
In no event shall the total liability of Sieko Skrzypczak to a client exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from services provided by Sieko Skrzypczak shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
